Could you please point me in the right direction to purchase a taper dipping rack? I’m looking for something I can do 14 pairs or so on. I’m located in Canada.

Hi Blair,
Welcome on the site!
That seems to be a tough search; I haven't been able to find such a frame anywhere near you. Best I can suggest is a German supplier who ships to Canada (shipping costs are consequent but not exaggerated) and proposes a 36 tapers dipping basket (see picture).
Don't know if that will help you but it's pretty much the only option I found.
